JustCare Animal Rescue started out as a trap-neuter-vaccinate-return venture that quickly morphed into a larger vision to become the best animal rescue in the area! In addition to their trap-neuter-vaccinate-return services, JustCare now offers a comprehensive adoption program and assistance with low cost spay/neuter services, including transportation, to the community.
JustCare's primary focus is to match companion animals with their purrfect forever home. They take every step necessary to ensure that each animal and adopting family are compatible and comfortable with permanent placement. In order to do this, they have developed the following adoption process:
Step 1) Adoption Application
JustCare’s adoption application is the first step to getting your new pet home with you. Click the button above to complete the Adoption Application.
Step 2) Home Visit
JustCare typically requires a home visit for each potential adopter that Sabine does not know personally. This is just a precaution to ensure the home is an appropriate fit for the animal.
Step 3) Meet & Greet
Once it has been determined that the animal and the potential adopter are a good fit, arrangements will be made for the potential adopter and their family to meet the animal (if they have not done so already).
Step 4) Trial Period
JustCare offers an in-home trial period of 2 weeks for dogs and ~6 weeks for cats to ensure successful long term placement. If the adopter determines the animal is not a good match within the trial period, the adoption fee will be refunded and the animal will return to the rescue.
